For popular destinations and peak seasons, we recommend booking three to six months ahead. However, we can often arrange last-minute trips as well, so do not hesitate to enquire even with short notice.
Initial consultations and quotes are always free. For bespoke itinerary planning, a planning fee applies which is credited toward your booking if you proceed.
We provide guidance on visa requirements and can recommend trusted visa services. We ensure you have all documentation needed before departure.
We understand plans change. Our team will work with you to modify bookings where possible, though supplier terms and conditions may apply. We always communicate any fees upfront.
